Also, there is nothing wrong with people peacefully protesting on a public street about a politician, notwithstanding the handwriting hand-wringing from the "Very Serious People."
The right of the court has been political hacks since well before Bush v. Gore, and the fact that they are no longer treated like the high priesthood of the constitution is a good thing.
