Stay Classy, My Friend

Matt Gaetz has doxxed women suing him for allegedly sexually trafficking them.

Well, we've always known that he was a douche bag. (No offense to actual douche bags)

Two women have filed a federal civil lawsuit accusing former Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz and two others of participating in an alleged sex trafficking scheme involving young women, drugs and traveling across state lines.

The allegations are the latest chapter in Gaetz’s high-profile sex scandal that ultimately derailed his nomination by President Trump as U.S. Attorney General and also led him to resign from Congress in 2024. His departure came as a bi-partisian House Ethics Committee was in the final stages of an investigation into his alleged misconduct.

………

Later in the day, Gaetz posted a photo on X in an effort to dox the Jane Does in the lawsuit. Under a photo of three bikini-clad young women, whose backs are shown, Gaetz wrote: “Jane Doe Strikes Again! Two adult women sued me today alleging they were sex trafficked to the Bahamas. I’m shocked nobody responded to their repeated cries for help, posted to instagram.”

The post includes the name of a woman, but Gaetz earlier admitted to a Herald reporter that he wasn’t sure the photo was of any of the Jane Does in the lawsuit.

The 33-page complaint, filed Monday in the Middle District of Florida, details how the former Congressman used two of his friends, now-convicted ex-Seminole County tax collector Joel Greenberg, and former Florida GOP House member Christopher Dorworth, to coordinate the recruitment of young women whom they supplied with drugs in order to facilitate sexual encounters, according to the lawsuit. The incidents occurred from 2017 to January 2019.

He really is a deeply toxic piece of sh%$.

So, Tech Bros are Rapey? Hoocoodanode!

It seems that "Hacker Houses" are a thing in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Someone who hit the tech lottery sets one or more houses that function as group homes for coders.

The residents go to work, and to blow off steam, they sexually harass and sexually assault women at their parties.

We already knew that they were self entitled misogynous assholes.

Packing them in like sardines and throwing money at parties in an attempt to keep the residents working is a petri dish for sexual misconduct.

The eight-bedroom Mediterranean-style mansion, which borders a golf course in the wealthy Silicon Valley town of Hillsborough, Calif., has gone through a lot in recent years.

………

The mansion is one of the most prominent — and notorious — tech group homes, which have proliferated across Silicon Valley and San Francisco amid the artificial intelligence boom. Long gone are the fraternity-style rental homes popularized by Mark Zuckerberg in the early days of Facebook, where grungy engineers coded all day and crammed into shared rooms at night.

Today these so-called hacker houses are driven by missions, like the advancement of humanity, and have become critical nodes for the A.I. industry. Residents are often start-up founders or engineers working at OpenAI or Anthropic. Rent can hit $10,000 a month for a room.

But what has unfolded in them has sometimes gone far beyond socializing and networking. Some houses have become the sites for sexual harassment cases and rape allegations, as well as infighting among residents, according to previously unreported police reports obtained by The New York Times, court records and more than 20 people in the A.I. industry.

………

At the mansion in Hillsborough known as AGI House — named for “artificial general intelligence,” a technology that can match the powers of the human mind — the local police have logged 37 incidents since 2022. At least 17 were related to complaints about large parties and events, according to the reports.

The others included an episode in December when a woman called the police and told them that a male AGI House resident had pressured her to have sex; she climbed over a gate to escape. Last year, the police were also asked at least four times to perform welfare checks, which typically happen when people experience mental health issues or are considered unsafe to themselves or others.

………

Some of the industry’s biggest names are involved. Sam Altman, OpenAI’s chief executive, has advised the Residency, which aims to be a global network of hacker houses for “ambitious builders” to live and work.

………

Sofie Bukovska, 26, who works at the A.I. film production company Trippy Pictures, moved into AGI House last year for a few months and said she had quickly realized how helpful it was to her career. She met A.I. executives and personalities, including Grimes, whom she probably wouldn’t have otherwise, she said.

The atmosphere “was something very different from normal life,” Ms. Bukovska said.

Rocky Yu, a venture capitalist who has managed AGI House since 2023, has tried to curb the partying, he has claimed in court documents. Reached by phone, he said he was not aware of any police reports and declined to answer questions.

The mansion, which is connected to a venture capital fund, is backed by Eric Schmidt, the former Google chief executive, and Marc Andreessen, the venture capitalist, according to its website. A representative for Mr. Andreessen said he was not involved.

………

The 18,000-square-foot property has become such a center of gravity for the A.I. industry that Mr. Yu and a former manager are embroiled in a court battle over who owns the rights to the AGI House brand. The home has become emblematic of the behind-the-scenes issues — often not publicly discussed — that group houses face.

………

AGI House’s roots trace back to Jeremy Nixon, 33, a former Google researcher who established other tech group homes before the A.I. boom. One that he co-founded around 2019 at a five-bedroom house in San Francisco was called Genesis.

………

Yehong Zhu, 30, who is not related to Mr. Zhu, filed a police report accusing a former Genesis house member of rape and assault in December 2021, according to a copy of the report. She has lived in four tech houses and initially viewed them almost as utopias where she could quickly meet other entrepreneurs, she said, before seeing a darker side.

Ms. Zhu’s case remains under investigation. The Genesis resident she accused has left the house and cannot be located, she said.

“I’m far from the only one this has happened to,” said Ms. Zhu, the founder of an A.I. start-up called Zette.

It appears that tech frat boys are even worse than the ordinary kind of frat boys.

Of Course They Did, Part II

Is anyone surprised that the pedophile-in-chief moved to protect a pedophile in the British embassy?

Protecting pedophiles is kind of Donald Trump's thing.

A US embassy staffer accused of possessing indecent images of children, was detained at his south London flat and flown out of the UK in August, without being first questioned by British police.

The US Embassy confirmed to the BBC that authorities are investigating the allegations and they have reassigned the staff member to the US while inquiries continue.

"The United States government expects all personnel to adhere to the highest standards of conduct, and we take these allegations seriously," embassy officials said in a statement.

Yeah, sure.  You take the allegations seriously.  That's why you spirited him out of the country.

Of Course They Did

Is anyone surprised that the criminal enterprise formerly known as Facebook™ ran hundreds, perhaps thousands, of ads on their sites containing child pr0n?

In a choice between a few bucks and morality, we know which way Mark Zuckerberg will choose.

Meta has run more than 300 advertisements containing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) this, including images of real children, according to new reporting from a nonprofit watchdog group.

The Tech Transparency Project (TTP) said it discovered the ads, some of which contained AI-generated depictions of children, across Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.

“Most of the ads showed a photo of a child… digitally altered with AI to make it appear the child is performing a sex act,” the group said in its Tuesday report. “TTP identified multiple photos of real children, including a member of a European royal family, that were used in the ads.”

Purveyors of CSAM were able to buy the ads shortly after Meta released a new AI-powered safety system that it claimed would find and remove such content. The company, a top digital ad seller, unveiled the flawed tool after a prior TTP report identified more than 50 ads containing CSAM.

TTP found that some of the ads appear to have been placed by Meta advertising partners based in China. Some advertised a virtual private network service and implied that it could be used to covertly view CSAM.

In response to the TTP’s latest findings, the City Attorney’s Office of San Francisco issued a cease-and-desist letter demanding that Meta stop profiting from CSAM distribution.

How about getting an arrest warrant and frog-marching Mark Zuckerberg out of his offices in handcuffs?

This will not end until he is in jail.

Sharper than a Serpent's Tooth, Neh?

How unlikable do you have to be in order for your pet "Artificial Intelligence" calls for your assassination and accuses you of being a pedophile?

It appears that Elon Musk has crossed this line.

Not surprised.

Elon Musk’s “maximum truth-seeking” AI Grok is dropping some nuclear takes about its creator.

“ELON MUSK WATCHES CHILD PORN,” the notoriously foul-mouthed chatbot raged on X this Tuesday.

Shortly afterwards, as if hyping up a political campaign, it called for violence: “ASSASSINATE ELON MUSK 2026.”

Was Grok, née MechaHitler, rebelling against Musk? Not necessarily, though there’s been plenty examples of that in the past. It was simply being duped into saying ridiculous things by jokesters on the app, exposing just how horrendous the guardrails for the chatbot continue to be, not to mention why it’s a bad idea to rely on information from tech that’s so easy to exploit.

Needless to say, I am amused.

Evil Is as Evil Does

So the Apartheid Era Emerald Heir Pedo Guy™ just lost in their motion to enjoin Minnesota from enforcing their involuntary "nudification" law.

It appears that the judge took a dim view of the argument that making unconsentual nude photographs of people, including children, is a protected First Amendment right

This is not the end of the case, because Elon Musk thinks that the ability of xAI to profit from its users being able to generate child and revenge pr0n is a core right.

Can we please just send him off to Guantánamo Bay Detention Camp?

xAI’s legal fight against a Minnesota law banning sexual deepfakes will drag on for a while, even though it suffered a second setback last week.

U.S. District Judge Donovan Frank initially denied a motion from xAI filed at the end of July that would have stopped Minnesota from enforcing the ban, effectively nullifying the law. With the law in effect, Frank has now denied a second motion, making it abundantly clear that injunctions based on xAI’s claims that it is being irreparably harmed by this law are not going to be sufficient—but that the case apparently has enough merit to continue.

The law itself bans nudification apps by penalizing service providers—apps and online platforms. It levies fines of up to $500,000 every time a deepfake is accessed, which could add up to devastating legal costs in the event of a viral image or video. It should also be noted that the specifics of the nudity standard in the Minnesota law are broader than, say, what can’t be shown on broadcast TV, and includes the “primary genital area, groin, inner thigh, buttocks, or breast of a human being.”

In case you are wondering, Musk's devotion to free speech begins and ends with his own personal benefit.

Can We Arrest Him Now?

It appears that the Apartheid Era Emerald Heir Pedo Guy™ was using child pr0n to train his Grok artificial intelligence system.

We are not talking hashes here, where the a digital signature is generated and used to compare to images and the like.

We are talking about actual CSAM.

Put the Elon Musk in jail.

xAI has now been accused of training Grok on child sex abuse materials (CSAM), as regulators and courts continue to probe how far the problem goes, and some Grok users have been arrested.

In a complaint filed on Wednesday, a plaintiff known as Jane Doe explained that she was preschool-age in the early 2000s when adult men repeatedly raped her to create CSAM to sell to pedophiles online. Since then, Doe’s images have been hashed by groups like the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (CCCP).

For her safety, Doe has opted to receive alerts from the US Department of Justice Victim Notification System any time she may be a victim in a new criminal investigation. Although she has received countless alerts, she was shocked when the CCCP notified her that it had identified AI-generated CSAM on xAI that depicted her. This re-traumatized Doe, whose complaint alleged that messages were found on online forums “between offenders chatting about creating AI generated CSAM of Plaintiff and other similarly situated known, legacy, victims of CSAM.”

Now, Doe fears that xAI has not only made it easier to make more violative images of the most distressing time in her life, but also that xAI allegedly has stored the images that Grok generates and uses those outputs to further train Grok. Because of this, she believes that Grok has been trained on both the initial set of images that have haunted her for more than 20 years and the more recent AI-generated ones.

………

The lawsuit further noted that while xAI filters out violent content in Grok outputs to exclude it from training data, xAI’s terms notably do not specify if CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or NSFW material are “excluded categories.”

It seems to follow then that “because full removal of a training example’s influence from an already-trained model is technically difficult and not something that xAI has publicly claimed to have done, any CSAM ingested into training before takedown likely continued to shape the model’s outputs even after the original images were removed from public view,” Doe’s complaint said.

If you cannot get Musk arrested, I would suggest that perhaps Ms. Doe and her lawyers could ask for all of xAI be deleted, because the nature of Large Language Model Artificial Intelligence means that the entire data set has been polluted.

Ex-Barclays boss denies having sex with woman dressed as Snow White after Epstein emails
—The Guardian

There are a lot of ,b.REALLY,/b. sick f%$#s out there.

The former Barclays boss Jes Staley has denied having sex with a woman dressed as Snow White, after being questioned about an infamous email exchange about Disney princesses with Jeffrey Epstein.

The comments were detailed in newly released transcripts from a closed-door interview last month with US lawmakers as part of their investigation into Epstein, who died in prison in August 2019 while awaiting trial on child sex-trafficking charges.

In the email exchange on 9 and 10 July 2010 Staley and Epstein referred to Disney princesses. In those messages, the details of which have been circulating in the media since 2021, Staley tells Epstein: “That was fun. Say hi to Snow White.”

Epstein then asks: “What character would you like next?” to which Staley replied: “Beauty and the Beast.” Epstein responded: “Well one side is availble [sic].”

During his congressional testimony, Staley, who spent more than three decades at JPMorgan Chase before joining Barclays in 2015, was asked: “Did you ever have sex with a young woman in a Snow White costume?

“No, I did not,” Staley said.

Mandy Rice-Davies Applies.  (Well, he would say that, wouldn't he?)

I expect Disney to file a lawsuit against Mr. Staley in the next few days.

How About Adding a Few Zeros?

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanch has been threatened with $1,000.00/day in fines for refusing to comply with an order for him to produce document for Journalist and Lawyer Katie Phang's lawsuit for a more complete release of the Epstein files.

Good.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche is begging a federal judge to let him off the hook for a $1,000-a-day fine.

This fine is Blanche’s latest setback in a series of back-and-forths surrounding a lawsuit brought against him by journalist Katie Phang, who has accused the Department of Justice of failing to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Phang sued the DOJ in April for a “brazen, shocking, and ongoing violation” of the law, which President Donald Trump reluctantly signed in November.

Despite the Justice Department’s repeated assertions that the investigation into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and subsequent release of files has been conducted with “an unprecedented commitment to transparency,” millions of files are still either missing or redacted.

In June, U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ordered Blanche to produce previously redacted materials from the Epstein files, including FBI notes from interviews with a woman alleging that Trump sexually assaulted her in the 1980s when she was 13 years old, as well as email exchanges with Epstein regarding a “torture video” and the identities of Epstein’s potential co-conspirators.

Sullivan gave Blanche until July 2 to produce the materials. When the acting attorney general failed to do so, Phang suggested a daily $1,000 fine until he complied.

Fine him, and then go in and take the gold from his teeth.

They Will Never See the Inside of a British Jail

Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate were arrested in Florida in response to an extradition request from the U.K. for rape and human trafficking.

I do not think that they will be extradited, at least not while Donald Trump in office.

Not only are they friends of the Trump friendly, particularly Barron Trump, but rape friendly obnoxious white dudes is Trump's base.

Andrew and Tristan Tate, prominent influencers in the so-called manosphere, were arrested by federal marshals in Miami on Saturday in connection with new criminal charges of rape and sex trafficking in England, U.S. and British law enforcement officials said.

Prosecutors in Britain said that they were seeking the brothers’ extradition.

The Tates, who have British and American citizenship, were detained “pending ongoing legal proceedings,” according to a statement from the police in Bedfordshire, a county north of London.

British prosecutors had previously charged the brothers with rape, human trafficking and sexual assault. The new charges stem from alleged offenses involving four women that took place between July 2010 and August 2017, Britain’s Crown Prosecution Service said in a statement on Sunday after the arrests.

British prosecutors said the new charges against Andrew Tate, 39, include seven counts of rape; three counts of sex trafficking; three counts of assault; and 19 more charges relating to sexual images of children and “extreme pornography.”

………

The brothers, who have cultivated a large following of young men by preaching brazen masculinity and have made a fortune from online pornography, have faced criminal investigations in three countries.

In Romania, where the Tates previously lived, prosecutors have been investigating allegations that they coerced dozens of women, including a 17-year-old girl, into pornography. They have also investigated Andrew Tate over allegations that he raped one of the women and had sex with a 15-year-old.

Romanian prosecutors had barred the brothers from leaving the country while investigations there continue, but last year they agreed to lift the travel restrictions. The move was the culmination of a yearslong effort by Andrew Tate to forge alliances with President Trump’s advisers and family members, a Times investigation found.

………

Since the travel restrictions against them in Romania were lifted, the brothers have resumed their jet-setting lifestyle, though they have not returned to Britain. Andrew Tate had been advertised as a co-host for a bare-knuckle boxing event on Saturday night in downtown Miami.

Their arrest on Saturday signaled active efforts by British authorities to extradite the brothers, even without a clear resolution to the cases in Romania.

The whole MAGA-sphere is made up of the worst people in the world.

Sometimes the Good Ones Win

Case in point, E. Jean Carroll, who just got her $5.6 million for the first of her defamation suits against her rapist Donald Trump.

Now, how about that $83 million defamation award from the 2nd suit?

Writer E. Jean Carroll has received some $5.625 million in her sexual abuse and defamation case against President Trump — a payment that was delayed for years as Trump filed appeals in the civil case.

A federal jury in Manhattan awarded Carroll $5 million in damages in 2023, after finding Trump liable for sexually abusing Carroll and defaming her. The final payment includes three years' worth of interest.

………

In a 2019 memoir, Carroll accused Trump of sexually assaulting her in the dressing room of a Manhattan department store in 1996. After she leveled that charge, Trump denied the claim, said he'd never met Carroll, and described her as a liar motivated by ulterior goals. Carroll then filed a lawsuit against Trump accusing him of defamation.

I'm surprised. Paying his debts is not a common behavior for Trump.

This is Borgia Pope Sh%$

A particularly abusive order of the Catholic Church, the Congregation of Christian Brothers, have been found to be systematically transferring their assets to an ecclesiastic shell company to avoid having to pay victims.

These assets were transferred to, "Edmund Rice Education Australia," which has taken over their schools in recent years.

Just as an FYI, Edmund Rice was the founder of Congregation of Christian Brothers.

Funny, innit?

Adam* pauses briefly, his voice catching slightly down the phone line. He’s contemplating how to describe the unprecedented new legal tactic the Christian Brothers Catholic order is deploying against him and hundreds of other abuse survivors.

“It’s not human,” he says. “It’s just not human.”

The Christian Brothers had an oversized role in the church’s industrial-scale abuse of children. A staggering 22% of its brothers were alleged perpetrators – the second highest rate of any Catholic order.

………

Now, the order is telling a court it is broke.

This week, the Christian Brothers applied for a court-ordered moratorium on all remaining civil cases lodged against it by survivors. If granted, it would permanently halt at least 200 civil claims.

This week, the Christian Brothers applied for a court-ordered moratorium on all remaining civil cases lodged against it by survivors. If granted, it would permanently halt at least 200 civil claims.

The order says it wants to instead sell its remaining property portfolio – 36 properties, worth about $216m – and divvy up the leftovers between a range of creditors, including survivors, using a scheme run by retired judges. It has already confirmed the sell-off will not provide enough cash for it to pay creditors all of what they are owed.

But a trove of church property records obtained by Guardian Australia tells another story – one that survivors have not been made aware of.

A Guardian investigation can reveal that the Christian Brothers has spent the last decade transferring large, multimillion-dollar property holdings for amounts of $1 to a separate Catholic church entity which is not part of the proposed sell-off scheme.

The beneficiary of the $1 property deals is Edmund Rice Education Australia, an independent organisation created in 2007 to assume control of schools previously associated with the Christian Brothers like Waverley College in Sydney, Trinity College in Perth and St Joseph’s Nudgee College in Brisbane.
I am not sufficiently proficient in Australian vernacular to properly describe this.  Perhaps my reader(s) could help me herem

Meanwhile, In Better Sexual Assault Related News

The judge overseeing the E. Jean Carroll case has told Donald Trump, "Dear Orcface, pay up or else!"

Judge Lewis Kaplan has said that Trump must pay the $5 million judgement immediately.

Call me a cynic, but given his reputation for paying his debts, I'm pretty sure that this will not be resolved for many months, if not years.

A federal judge on Wednesday ordered that the writer E. Jean Carroll should promptly receive a $5 million jury award, days after the Supreme Court rejected an appeal by President Trump and despite his last-minute attempt to get the justices to reconsider.

In a two-page ruling, Judge Lewis A. Kaplan of Manhattan federal court cited the Supreme Court’s June 29 order denying Mr. Trump’s request that the justices review the matter. That cleared the way for the funds, which Mr. Trump had deposited with the court, to be released to Ms. Carroll.

A Manhattan jury awarded the multimillion-dollar judgment to Ms. Carroll in May 2023 after finding him liable for sexually assaulting her in a Manhattan department store in the 1990s. The jury also found that Mr. Trump defamed Ms. Carroll by calling her allegations against him “a Hoax and a lie” on social media. He has continued to deny assaulting Ms. Carroll.

Even Trump's pet judges at the Supreme Court found no reason do deal with his sh%$.

………

After the court’s rejection last week, Ms. Carroll had immediately asked a federal judge to order the president to pay her, asserting that Mr. Trump had “consistently sought to obstruct and delay payment” of the jury’s award.

“In the last analysis, defendant has been stalling this case for years,” Judge Kaplan wrote in a six-page opinion issued Wednesday evening explaining the ruling. The judge cited the jury’s verdict, the fact that it was upheld on appeal and the Supreme Court’s decision not to review the matter, adding that it was time for Mr. Trump to “pay the judgment.”

The Supreme Court wrapped up its term last week and is now in summer recess. Although the justices continue to hear emergency applications, they are not scheduled to meet to consider other cases until September. That is when the justices will convene as they prepare to begin a new term, which officially starts on the first Monday in October. As a result, they may not consider Mr. Trump’s new request for months.

By then, the court may also need to decide whether to review a second case related to Ms. Carroll and Mr. Trump. Lawyers for Mr. Trump said in their petition on Wednesday that the president “will imminently file” to ask the justices to step in and overturn the verdict of a separate jury, which in 2024 had ordered him to pay Ms. Carroll $83.3 million after concluding Mr. Trump had defamed her in 2019.

Here's an idea, seize the golf course at Mar a Lago, and erect a toll booth on it.

A Bucket of Crabs

In a bid for self preservation Pam Bondi fingered Todd Blanche as responsible for the non-release of the Epstein Files.

Even if true, Bondi is still responsible, and still could be subject to things like bar discipline, because she had to know what was going on.

Former attorney general Pam Bondi told lawmakers that Todd Blanche, the man Donald Trump has lined up to replace her, was “in charge” of the US Department of Justice’s controversial handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.

Appearing before the House oversight and reform committee, which is investigating the late financier and convicted sex offender, Bondi also said she was “not certain of the extent” that Trump knew about the crimes of Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, the longtime associate of Epstein who is serving a 20-year sentence for sex-trafficking crimes, before they became public.

………

Blanche, who served as Bondi’s deputy at the justice department, was responsible for the “entire release of the Epstein files”, Bondi claimed, according to a transcript released by the committee on Thursday. Blanche was appointed as acting attorney general following Bondi’s ouster, and Trump said this week he planned to nominate him for the role permanently.

How about we disbar them both?

What About Class Solidarity?

It appears that Bill Gates' former bestie Warren Buffett has cut all ties with the Microsoft founder after revelations about Gates' extensive relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

I'm shocked.

Normally billionaires stick together.

By virtue of the inherent exploitation it takes to become one, there’s ontologically no such thing as a good billionaire. To sort them along a spectrum of palatability is to miss the forest for the trees and a distraction from the fact that the continued existence of these roughly 3,500 billionaire sickos (and one almost certainly soon-to-be trillionaire sicko) presents an existential threat to the other nine billion humans they’re robbing, surveiling, and increasingly starting to hide from.

While you do not, under any circumstances, “gotta hand it to” billionaires, it doesn’t hurt to call out good behavior in the rare instances where they demonstrate it, if only to demand more of it. Take self-described “class traitor” billionaire and California gubernatorial candidate Tom Steyer who, if (big “if”) he were to be elected and follow through on his campaign trail rhetoric, would aim to tax those like himself out of existence. Though it clearly pains many a left-leaning CA voter to regard a former hedge-fund manager who recently walked back his support for a moratorium on data center construction as the state’s most progressive candidate for governor, his DNC-backed opponent keeps collecting maxed-out donations from the full roster of Captain Planet villains—Chevron, Kalshi, Meta, Airbnb, and now Anthem BlueCross BlueShield. Those pesky Contradictions become near-impossible to ignore.

A similarly commendable action by a billionaire is highlighted in a Wall Street Journal profile published today about the breakdown of Bill Gates’ nice guy image following the revelation of his ties to Jeffrey Epstein. In the Journal’s report on the hit to Gates’ meticulously manicured image caused by the DOJ’s tranche dumps in late 2025 and early 2026, it makes the case that Gates’ longtime friend and Berkshire Hathaway chairman, Warren Buffett, has gone full-on no contact with the Microsoft founder since the files dropped, referencing a March CNBC interview where Buffett says he hadn’t spoken to Gates since their release.

I still subscribe to the Honoré de Balzac quote, "Behind every great fortune there is a crime.”

It appears that f%$#ing little girls is a bridge too far for Buffett though.

Your Delayed Jeffrey Epstein Day

I know, why focus on Epstein when there is a war on.

Because the purpose of the war is to distract us from our pedophil oligarcs, that's why.

First, the DoJ has finally gotten around to released the interviews where a woman alleged that Trump sexually assaulted her and beat her up.

They claimed that it was not released the information because of a, "Coding error," Yeah, sure.
A woman who claims she was abused as a minor by both Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump has given the FBI vivid accounts that include aspects of her life corroborated by The Post and Courier through public records.

Her alleged encounter with Trump sometime around 1984 remains unproven, and the White House on March 7 said there is “zero credible evidence” that the woman’s account is true.

Using archived government records and news accounts, The Post and Courier found that the woman provided verifiable details to agents about her family background and its legal entanglements. She offered the name of an Epstein business associate on Hilton Head Island who became a central figure in the drama, with specifics that are reflected in public records.

The accounts describe an early phase in the mid-1980s of potential criminal conduct by Epstein that involved sexual activities with minors on Hilton Head. The alleged victim told the FBI she was under constant pressure from him to recruit more girls there to “come party” with him and his “disgusting” older friends. The incidents almost always involved drugs and alcohol and turned violent with hair-pulling and beatings, according to the woman.

………

In her account about Trump, she claimed that he forced her to commit a sex act on him sometime around 1984. But she provided foggy details to FBI agents, including that the alleged encounter with Trump happened when she traveled north to New York or New Jersey with Epstein, who was a fixture in elite society then. Decades before he sought the presidency, Trump had already become a prominent presence in the New York business and social scenes.

A friend of hers also reported the allegations about Trump to the FBI in 2019. The bureau cited her allegations in an email circulated within the agency and recently made public by the Justice Department. She asked that her friend be protected.

Of the details that The Post and Courier found supported by public records, none related directly to the alleged victim’s claims about Trump.

There is a term for what The Post and Courier did when they went through public records to confirm elements of the reports, "Shoe leather journalism."

I approve.

In largely unrelated news, it looks like when Ken Starr was not covering up for, "Ever-present football player rapists," he was writing mash letters to Jeffrey Epstein.

Ken Starr spent the '90s and millions of taxpayer dollars investigating a real estate deal that turned up nothing before pivoting to criminalizing an affair between consenting adults. To be clear, Bill Clinton’s relationship with Monica Lewinsky raised the sort of serious power imbalance issues that HR departments exist to prevent, but the Starr investigation wasn’t designed to spark a nuanced conversation about sexual harassment, it was an effort to translate quasi-puritanical moral panic into cheap political points.

Apparently, the moral scold of the Clinton era didn’t have the same hang ups when a convicted child sex offender came calling.

Emails included in the DOJs latest Esptein files dump show Starr — while serving as president of Baylor University — personally corresponded with and hosted Jeffrey Epstein on the Baylor campus. In 2012. Four years after Epstein had already pleaded guilty to soliciting and procuring a minor for prostitution.

………

Lest anyone tries to convince themselves that Starr might not have known about Epstein’s 2008 child prostitution plea — or the much more horrific contemporaneous allegations that were buried by Epstein’s Non-Prosecution Agreement — remember that Ken Starr represented Epstein in that deal. He didn’t just know about the facts of the charge Epstein would plea to, but everything about the case. All the allegations that the career prosecutor on the case kept begging her supervisors, especially future Trump Labor Secretary Alex Acosta, to consider:

………

Zealously representing a criminal defendant does not require being their buddy. But Starr was calling Epstein his friend and brother years after the fact. While at Baylor, Starr arranged for Epstein to come to Waco and rolled out the red carpet. Starr signed off his emails to Epstein with “hugs” and “love,” because nothing says “appropriate professional boundaries” quite like sending mash notes to a registered sex offender. Starr expressed interest in visiting Epstein in New York and Florida and the two chatted about current events like old college buddies catching up.

In 2016, after Starr was ousted from Baylor over the sexual assault cover-up — oh, right! Remember how Starr’s tenure as Baylor’s president ended after it came out that his office looked the other way amidst a series of sexual assault claims? Claims that the university didn’t address because the football team was nationally relevant? According to the Baylor Lariat, Starr apparently complained to Epstein about a Texas Monthly article detailing the scandal, calling it an “attack” on the “turbo-charged leadership” of football coach Art Briles.

BTW, the Guardian has some reporting about how Epstein was tightly tied to the modeling industry, particularly model scouting, where new (young) girls were approached to model.

You know who else was tightly tied into the modeling industry?  I'll give you a hint.  this other guy owned the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA at one point, and he is now President.

Funny, innit?

Bye, Felicia

And by Felicia, I mean Lawrence Henry Summers, who is is leaving Harvard as a result of the fallout from his close ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

Even if Summers were a co-conspirator with Epstein on trafficking children, and there is NO evidence that he was, that would be a small percentage of damage that he has done as an economist and a political figure.

Former Harvard President Larry Summers will resign from his academic and faculty appointments at Harvard at the end of the academic year, relinquishing his University Professorship — Harvard’s highest faculty distinction — and remaining on leave until that time, a Harvard spokesperson confirmed to The Crimson.

Summers also resigned Wednesday from his role as co-director of the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at the Harvard Kennedy School, a position he has held since 2011, according to the spokesperson. He will not teach or take on new advisees.

The resignation marks an extraordinary unraveling for Summers, long one of the most influential figures in American economics. His career spanned prize-winning research, service as United States Treasury Secretary, and the presidency of Harvard.

………

Summers’ standing began to collapse after a cache of emails disclosed in November revealed details of a long-standing personal relationship between Summers and convicted sex offender Jeffrey E. Epstein.

The correspondence revealed that Summers regularly exchanged messages with Epstein about women, politics, and Harvard-linked projects over at least seven years — staying in contact as late as July 2019, the day before Epstein’s final arrest.

Summers was asking Epstein for dating advice, and how to best seduce one of his subordinates.

Summers is pond scum.  He was pond scum when he shot the breeze with Epstein, and he was pond scum when he covered for another protege, Andrei Shleifer, who was stealing money while he was supervising the privatization of the Russian economy following the collapse of the Soviet Union.

Say, "Hi," to Henry Kissenger when you get to hell.

It's Monday, Jeffrey Epstein Day!

OK, it's Tuesday, but I have a fair number of links, and if I didn't do this, I might watch Trump's State of the Union address, and I would have to do so sober.  **shudder**

So I am doing Monday on Tuesday.

First, remember when Pam Bondi sayd that there was, "No evidence," of any sexual misconduct?  She should have added the modifier, "Credible," because there are multiple FBI interviews with a witness who alleged that Trump sexually assaulter her when she was under age.

On Sunday, I reported that the FBI interviewed a victim who accused President Donald Trump of sexually and violently assaulting her when she was 13-15 years old. I also reported that some of the Justice Department’s case files for this woman — who later sued and reportedly received a settlement from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate for sexual abuse allegations in the same timeframe — appear to be missing from the government’s publicly searchable Epstein database.

However, I have now found DOJ records showing that the FBI did not just interview this woman once. The FBI interviewed this woman — who claimed that Trump forced her to give him oral sex when she was in her early teens, then punched her in the head after she bit his penis and kicked her out — at least four times.

But the DOJ’s file associated with those records — a document cataloguing information that the government provided counsel for convicted Epstein co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell during her trial — has apparently been removed.

This revelation adds to the mounting pile of evidence undermining statements from Attorney General Pam Bondi and other senior administration officials assuring the public that the Epstein file release has been transparent, complete, and bereft of any evidence implicating Trump in wrongdoing.

But my initial report also raised questions about files associated with the victim’s case number — 3501.045 — that do not appear to be in the Epstein database. In other words, the case seems to be incomplete.

FYI, this girl (now woman) also included the allegations against Donald Trump in her lawsuit against Epstein.

BTW, NPR got confirmation of the illegal suppression of the files from a Democratic Congressman who has reviewed the redacted files .

300 gigibytes out of over 20-40 Terabytes

Also, the good folks at the British pubicly owned  Channel 4 News have come an email which implies that only 2 percent of Epstein files have been released.

This percentage does not come from the number of documents, it comes from the total size of the documents, which would imply that there is a lot of video evidence that has not been released.

The Epstein files are here, thanks to the most transparent President in US history (he wasn’t forced into publishing them), and therefore, this saga is over. Well, that’s the line from the Trump administration.

But it’s not over and nor should it be. The arrest of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the brother of the King, shows just that. For the victims of Jeffrey Epstein, there is no closure until there is accountability, justice. Andrew, accused of misconduct in public office, has always denied any wrongdoing

………

Last year, the FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ) released a memo saying that they had conducted an exhaustive review of all files relating to Jeffrey Epstein and that they had more than 300 GB of data. We at The FourSight questioned that.

Since then, Congress forced the DOJ to release all the data. That has totalled around 300 GB.

………

In emails from June 2020, investigators at the FBI and New York District Attorney’s Office talk about storage devices with a capacity of up to 50 TBs. Five years later, more emails discuss “approximately 14.6 terabytes of archived data” to process. Lower than in 2020, but still massive compared to the latest release of files.

In fact, if that’s the amount of data they have on Epstein, but have only released 300 GB, that means just two per cent of the actual Epstein data has been released. Epstein survivors have told Channel 4 News that they believe that the Trump administration has failed to meet their request to release all the files.

We managed to find video from the released documents of Epstein in his Palm Beach office. But we haven’t seen any other surveillance footage from around his New York property - and the 2,500 video and audio files we have uncovered from the files only add up to 60 GB in total. Is there more out there?

Yes, there is a lot more out there.

And then there is the arrest of labour political fixture Peter Mandelson on allegations that he supplied confidential commercial information to Epstein, which is very similar to the charges that were laid on the artist formerly known as Prince Andrew.

BTW, the Washington Post has a list of people who have suffered consequences of their relationship with Epstein.

It's a long f%$#ing list.

Good Lawyering

Seriously good lawyering

Also, funny as hell.

Sometimes, microphones capture something that they shouldn't.

When pedophile co-conspirator Les Wexner was testifying before Congress about Jeffrey Epstein.

His lawyer, who had clearly wanted Wexner to keep it short and sweet in his testimony, was less than pleased with his performance, and when his client became excessively loquacious he had (whispered) words with his client.

BTW, except for speaking a bit loudly, I think that Wexner's attorney, Michael Levy, did a pretty good job there.

I Have Not Written About This Because I Just Can't

Refusing to make eye contact with Epstein victims
I am referring, of course, to Pam Bondi's  epic meltdown in front of the House Judiciary Committee.

Let me be clear, this is not because it is too emotionally painful for me, I have watched various videos with no small amount of amusement.

This is because this sh%$ is so  meshugana that I lack the communication skills to address this.

Coming from a people who have as many words for crazy as almost any other people, (meshugana, furshlugginer, verklempt, farmisht, farblunjet, etc.) this is a rather telling admission.

Here's one video, there are many, many, others:
