Make it So

In a bipartisan vote, The Wisconsin Elections Commission has referred Apartheid Era Emerald Heir Pedo Guy™ to the Brown County District Attorney for potential criminal prosecution for his vote buying efforts during the Wisconsin Supreme Court elections.

Here is hoping that he gets his flabby white ass nailed to the wall.

Elon Musk escaped consequences in 2024 after he handed out $1 million checks to swing state voters in highly publicized events intended to sway the presidential election. The richest person on Earth got away with the galling attempts at bribery after Pennsylvania dropped its case against him. But there’s still a chance Musk’s attempt at swinging a state Supreme Court election in Wisconsin with the same tactic could result in criminal charges.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission has referred two complaints to the Brown County District Attorney’s office after it found Musk may have violated the law when he cut $1 million checks to voters in Wisconsin in 2025, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

The commission made the referrals during a session on July 10 that was not open to the public, according to the Journal-Sentinel, with a final vote of 5-1. The referrals allege that there’s probable cause Musk violated state law “by making a social media post that offered one million dollars to individuals who voted in the 2025 Wisconsin Supreme Court Election in order to induce them to vote in that election,” according to a copy of the motion seen by the newspaper.

Zero tolerance for vote fraud.  Send him to Gitmo and then deport him.

My Latest Attempt to Get Banned from Twitter

Roll Tape!

A Backup Screen Shot

It appears that Elon Musk finds it highly offensive when people blame him for the deaths of thousands of children as a result of his Jihad against USAID.

I made the obvious point he did not kill thousands of children, he murdered them with premeditation.

It's felony murder.  He corruptly shut down USAID because they were investigating his ties to fraud and human trafficking in the Ukraine.

The underlying felony (felonies) are things like obstruction of justice, think about how Martha Stewart went to jail for altering her appointment calendar.

It was foreseeable that this had a high likelihood of causing deaths in exactly the same way that robbing a bank with a firearm had a high likelihood of causing a death.

Let's look at the relevant statute, 18 U.S. Code § 1111 (a):

Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought. Every murder perpetrated by poison, lying in wait, or any other kind of willful, deliberate, malicious, and premeditated killing; or committed in the perpetration of, or attempt to perpetrate, any arson, escape, murder, kidnapping, treason, espionage, sabotage, aggravated sexual abuse or sexual abuse, child abuse, burglary, or robbery; or perpetrated as part of a pattern or practice of assault or torture against a child or children; or perpetrated from a premeditated design unlawfully and maliciously to effect the death of any human being other than him who is killed, is murder in the first degree.

Any other murder is murder in the second degree.

I know that my quest to get banned from Twitter is a bit quixotic and a little bit silly, but I gotta be me.

Not a Surprise

This is my Shocked Face

The news that used fraudulent data to get approval for its self-driving systems.

Gee, who saw that coming?

As if things couldn’t get any worse for Tesla in Europe, traffic safety researchers now say they’ve caught the company cooking numbers they gave to regulators in order to get its “Full Self-Driving” system approved.

The discrepancy was spotted by Reuters, which claims that data Tesla gave to authorities in Sweden and the Netherlands grossly exaggerated the safety record of FSD in the United States.

Reuters reports that in a presentation meant for Swedish regulators, Tesla’s policy manager Ivan Komusanac claimed that Tesla’s FSD can travel over seven times farther between crashes than human drivers in the US. Using that claim as a jumping-off point, the presentation continued by claiming that Tesla’s FSD could have saved 32,000 lives and prevented 1.9 million injuries over an indeterminate period of time, the publication reports.

In the old days, Elon Musk would be in jail for fraud.

It's Called "Rods from God"

Call me paranoid, but I think that Elon Musk's plan to set up a rocket based cargo delivery system sounds more like a ploy to provide a cover for developing an orbital mass driver with which he can hold the world hostage.

I'm pretty sure that this has been covered in any number of James Bond novels and movies over the past 80 years.

Elon Musk is officially a Bond villain.

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket lifted off on Tuesday to test a new reentry vehicle designed to deliver cargo anywhere in the world from low-Earth orbit.

The company developed the new saucer-shaped reentry pod, called Starfall, under a veil of secrecy. Its purpose is to support the “transport and delivery of goods through space,” according to an environmental assessment published by the Federal Aviation Administration last month.

The first demonstration of the Starfall vehicle began at 6:53 am EDT (10:53 UTC) with liftoff aboard a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida. At least one Starfall reentry pod rode to orbit on the Falcon 9, perhaps alongside another undisclosed payload. After circling the planet two times, the Falcon 9’s upper stage was expected to release Starfall for atmospheric reentry, targeting a parachute-assisted splashdown in the Pacific Ocean around 800 miles west of California.

On the brighter side, Elon Musk's history of actually executing on this sort of crap is profoundly bad.

114%

That is how overpriced the SpaceX IPO is according to a Morningstar analysis reported by that Commie rag the Financial Times. (They ain't called th, Pink Paper," for nothing.)

My guess is that even an analysis stating that IPO is overvalued by 114% will be shown by reality to be over optimistic.

………

Their headline findings are:

  • The stock’s probably worth $63 per share, a 53 per cent discount to the $135 issue price.
  • SpaceX probably has an addressable market of about $129bn, rather than the $1.6tn claimed in its S-1 filing.
  • In a (metaphorical) moonshot scenario, where SpaceX pioneers orbital data centres and captures 20 per cent of AI computing capacity by 2040, the company would be worth $1.97tn, or $154 per share.
  • Morningstar assigns only a 7 per cent per cent chance of the moonshot scenario happening.
  • For Starlink, Morningstar estimates the global market to be worth about $129bn, which is rather less SpaceX’s estimate of $1.6tn. “[T]echnical constraints and unit economics limit the business primarily to lower-density markets,” it says.
  • Here’s a link to the full note on SpaceX valuation, and here’s its note on Starlink market sizing. Space cadets and attached bankers, do please tell us in the comments what Morningstar gets wrong.
Look out below.

Not Enough Bullets

Go old school?
DOGE and DHS tried to get the Social Security Administration to declare that 2.7 million people were dead in an attempt to harass immigrants.

Everyone involved in this should never see the sky as a free man.

The Trump administration had plans to classify 2.7 million living people — including some U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents — as dead as part of its immigration enforcement efforts, according to a former senior Social Security executive.

The previously unreported plan, which the Social Security Administration said was not carried out, would have used one of the government’s most consequential identity databases to effectively erase people from the financial system, potentially cutting them off from wages, banking, government benefits and other services.

Jeremiah Schofield, who worked at Social Security for 25 years and helped lead the agency’s IT modernization efforts before leaving in October, said he refused to help implement the plan after agency lawyers warned that falsely marking living people as dead could violate federal law. Schofield said he realized the plan’s possible intent — to intimidate and worsen the finances of immigrants — as well as its potential unlawfulness after taking a sample of people from the 2.7 million and discovering they were all alive. Some were U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, teenagers and senior citizens, including one widow who was a legal permanent resident receiving survivor benefits.

Schofield has provided details on the plan in a 49-page whistleblower disclosure to Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), who is on the Senate Finance Committee, and Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), the ranking member on the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. The disclosure was reviewed by The Washington Post, and it offers the most detailed account yet of how officials from Elon Musk’s U.S. DOGE Service sought to use Social Security data in service of President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown.

In an interview with The Post, Schofield said he is speaking publicly for the first time because he believes Americans need to understand how government data can be misused and, in some cases, already has been.

………

Schofield’s whistleblower complaint describes a tumultuous period inside Social Security, as career officials questioned the legality of such efforts and watched DOGE officials gain access to some of the government’s most sensitive databases. In one meeting, Schofield said, a DOGE official working with the Department of Homeland Security described the goal of declaring 2.7 million living people dead: making immigrants so miserable that they self-deported or went to Social Security offices for help, where they could be arrested.

I'm beginning to think that if the DOGE boy's parents had decided to drown them all at birth, (I'm looking at YOU, Mae Musk) the world would be a far better place.

Bummer of a Birthmark, Elon

Unlike Nasdaq and a number of other stock indices,  S&P will not be waiving its rules for inclusion into its S&P 500 index for the SpaceX IPO.

These requirements are:

  • Last quarter earnings and the sum of the last four quarterly earnings must both be positive.
  • Annual trade volume must meet or exceed the market cap.
  • 12 months have passed since the initial public offering.
US-based. The company trades on a US exchange, a plurality of its assets are US-based, and the headquarters are in the US
  • The company must be a corporation that issues common stock. It cannot have multiple share structures.
  • Unadjusted market cap is at least $8.2 billion.
  • The IWF is at least .10.

With a $75 billion IPO on a $1.75 trillion (IWF=0.04) it means that SpaceX would not qualify for inclusion for well over a year.

The company fulfills only one of the requirements for a listing.

Considering the large number of funds that either in whole or in part invest in the S&P 500 as an index fund, this means that about $14 billion in forced purchase of the stock will not occur.

So about 20% of guaranteed demand for the IPO won't be there.

Despite an expected record-breaking IPO, SpaceX will still have to follow the rules and wait at least a year before it’s added to the S&P 500, the benchmark behind many Americans’ retirement funds
S&P Dow Jones Indices announced Thursday that it is keeping its eligibility rules intact for the S&P 500 and several other major indexes. Indexes are benchmarks that track specific slices of the stock market. The best known is the S&P 500, which tracks 500 of the largest publicly traded companies in the United States.

Many index funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) hold stocks that mirror these benchmarks in an effort to replicate their performance. These funds are a key part of many 401(k)s, pension funds, and retirement accounts.

………

Other index providers, including Nasdaq and FTSE Russell, have already changed their rules to allow companies like SpaceX to join some of their indexes sooner.

But the S&P 500 remains the most widely tracked equity benchmark in the world. Roughly $7.5 trillion in passively managed funds follow it, Bloomberg reports.

If SpaceX had been fast-tracked into the index, it would have resulted in about $14 billion in forced passive buying of the company’s stock, according to an estimate by Bloomberg Intelligence.

How dare they interfere with Elon Musk's God given right to commit stock fraud.

This is Actual Bond Villain Sh%$

According to conservative influencer and billionaire f%$#er Ashley St. Clair, Elon Musk bragged to her about 10,000 space lasers onboard Starlink satellites that he could use as an anomaly in the matrix.

First, Elon is f%$#ing nuts.

Second, Elon is f%$#ing nuts.

Third, he constitutes a clear and present danger to society.

………

In a new 18-minute long TikTok video, former conservative influencer and mother of one of Elon Musk’s children Ashley St. Clair shared private conversations she allegedly held with the billionaire about the 2024 US election — and the details are bonkers, even by Musk’s unhinged standards.

According to St. Clair, Musk once told her that he had “10,000 lasers in space, referring to his [Starlink] satellites.” These, per the influencer, were Musk’s “anomaly in the matrix,” seemingly meaning he viewed them as a kind of card up his sleeve to be unleashed at the right moment during the course of the US presidential election.

“He says this is not a piece they’ll see on the chess board,” St. Clair continued. “I straight up tell him, ‘I would ask more but I really don’t want to be deposed,’ to which he says ‘very wise.'”

You may recall that a billionaire with space lasers was actually the plot of a Bond movie.

Unfortunately, They Both Could Not Lose

Rather unsurprisingly, Sam Altman prevailed over Elon "I don't read the fine print" Musk in the latter's lawsuit against OpenAI.

The ruling was pretty narrow, the Apartheid Era Emerald Heir Pedo Guy™ waited to file until after the statute of limitations had expired, but my guess is that if that had not been the case, he still would have lost, because incompetent, narcissistic, and erratic justified showing his ass to the door anyway.

A jury ruled in favor of Sam Altman in the culmination of a long and bitter legal battle that pitted the richest person in the world against a leader of the AI boom.

The federal jury in Oakland, California, found Altman, OpenAI and its president, Greg Brockman, not liable for Elon Musk’s claims that they unjustly enriched themselves and broke a founding contract made with Musk when founding the startup.

The verdict, delivered after less than two hours of deliberation, is a stark rebuke of Musk and his lawyer’s claims that Altman “stole a charity” through his leadership of OpenAI. It also provides the AI firm with a clear path ahead to pursue going public later this year at about a $1tn valuation.

The jury’s finding is a non-binding, advisory verdict that left Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers with ultimate power to issue her own ruling in the case. Gonzalez Rogers immediately said that she would agree with the jury’s decision and dismissed Musk’s claims.

Sam Altman is lucky that he was facing off against one of the few human beings on earth more loathsome than himself.

A Good Start

French prosecutors hhave announced their intention to file preliminary charges against Elon Musk and Linda Yaccarino in response to Grok's child porn generator function, Nazi propaganda, etc.

French prosecutors who are investigating Elon Musk and his social media platform X have summoned the billionaire to France to face preliminary charges. The investigation is now officially a criminal probe, according to French officials.

France opened a probe in 2025 to investigate whether X has violated French law, an investigation that has expanded following incidents last year when Musk’s AI chatbot Grok started denying the Holocaust, praising Hitler, and allegedly generating child sexual abuse material when prompted by users.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Musk and former CEO Linda Yaccarino have been asked to travel to France to face preliminary charges. As the Journal explains, after preliminary charges have been filed in France, an investigating magistrate starts a process that can take months and doesn’t necessarily mean a trial will be held. It’s entirely possible that the case could ultimately be dropped.

French authorities are looking into the “complicity” of Musk in creating sexual abuse images of minors and sexually explicit deepfakes, according to the Associated Press. Grok also allegedly spread misinformation in French, including a claim that Auschwitz wasn’t a death camp during the Holocaust but was used for “disinfection with Zyklon B against typhus.”

If Yaccarino ends up in the hands of French prosecutors, my guess is that she will sing like a canary, and I would not be at all surprised if she points the finger at Musk.  (It's also the truth)

The Front Fell Off?

My bad, it's not the front of a ship falling off, it's Tesla Cybertrucks wheels falling off

I am shocked that such a thing could happen on the immaculate engineering masterpiece that is the Swastikar.

Tesla is recalling some Cybertrucks over concerns that their wheel studs could separate, potentially causing drivers to lose control.

The recall affects certain 2024 to 2026 Cybertrucks that were equipped with 18-inch steel wheels either during production, beginning in August 2025, or later during service, according to a report filed with the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). In total, the recall covers just 173 vehicles.

The issue centers on the trucks’ brake rotors. According to the report, rough road conditions and cornering could strain the stud holes in the wheel rotor and cause cracks to form. If those cracks spread with continued driving, a stud could eventually separate from the wheel hub. Tesla said early signs of the problem could include vibrations or noises audible from inside the truck.

………

The recall also offers a glimpse at demand for Tesla’s short-lived, cheaper rear-wheel-drive Cybertruck. The NHTSA filing noted that production of the affected vehicles stopped in November because of “limited demand of Cybertrucks equipped with 18-inch steel wheels.”

Several outlets have connected that line to Tesla’s cheaper rear-wheel-drive Cybertruck, which launched in April 2025 and was discontinued later that year. That version started at around $70,000 and omitted several features found on more expensive Cybertrucks. It also came with either 18-inch or 20-inch wheels.

Considering the recall affects only 173 vehicles total, it appears Tesla sold very few Cybertrucks with the 18-inch steel wheel setup before pulling the plug.

It ain't just the Incel Camino though.  A few miles from my house there is a parking lot for a former Walmart that is has hundreds of cars parked in it.

None of the cars are selling.

He Murdered 400,000 Children

I am referring, of course, to the Apartheid Era Emerald Heir Pedo Guy™, who used DOGE to shut dow USAID because they were investigating his corruption.

The Trump administration’s decision to shut down the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths from infectious diseases and malnutrition, according to Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Atul Gawande.

Gawande—a surgeon, author, and distinguished professor in residence at Ariadne Labs, which he co-founded—served in the Biden administration as the assistant administrator for global health at USAID. He wrote a Nov. 5 article in the New Yorker about the devastating impact of the loss of USAID funds around the world. He was also featured in an accompanying short documentary called “Rovina’s Choice,” which he co-executive produced, that told the story of how one mother living in a Kenyan refugee camp tried to save her severely malnourished daughter after U.S. support dried up.

In the article, Gawande cited an analysis in The Lancet that estimated that USAID assistance—aimed at combatting diseases such as HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, and polio, reducing maternal and child deaths, and fighting malnutrition—had saved 92 million lives over two decades.

The dismantling of USAID, according to models from Boston University epidemiologist Brooke Nichols, “has already caused the deaths of six hundred thousand people, two-thirds of them children,” Gawande wrote. He noted that the toll will continue to grow and may go unseen because it can take months or years for people to die from lack of treatments or vaccine-preventable illnesses—and because deaths are scattered.

(emphasis mine

Elon does not care.  These are just NPCs to him.

Today in Corruption

It appears that the Apartheid Era Emerald Heir Pedo Guy™ and the Securities and Exchange Commission have cut a corrupt deal, with a $1.5 million dollar slap on the wrist for Elon Musk's Twitter stock fraud.

Elon Musk’s trust has agreed to pay $1.5mn to settle a case in which the US Securities and Exchange Commission accused him of failing to properly disclose stakes in Twitter, a fraction of the sum it claimed the billionaire gained by breaching regulations.

The SEC and the Elon Musk Revocable Trust asked a federal judge in a joint filing on Monday to accept the deal, after which the agency said it would file a dismissal of Musk that would “entirely” resolve the case. The regulator initially alleged the billionaire wrongfully profited by at least $150mn.

Musk’s proposed settlement comes after the SEC showed leniency towards several figures and businesses with ties to the Trump administration, notably dismissing cases against crypto exchanges Coinbase and Kraken, both of which have donated to the president.

………

The deal filed on Monday was made possible by an unusual procedural step earlier in the day, when the SEC amended its complaint to add the trust, through which Musk bought his Twitter shares in 2022, as a defendant.

As part of the proposed deal, the trust does not need to acknowledge any wrongdoing, and Musk faces no personal penalties.

We really need to start frog-marching these rat-bastards out of their offices in handcuffs.

29 April 2026

Quote of the Day

About five hours into Elon Musk’s testimony, I typed the following sentence into my notes: “I have never been more sympathetic to Sam Altman in my life.”
The Verge, on Elon Musk's testimony in the lawsuit over OpenAI.

His response to what was a rather predictable cross examination appears to have members of the jury rolling their eyes.

Even by the standards of the tech bros, he is an incredibly self-important asshole.

About five hours into Elon Musk’s testimony, I typed the following sentence into my notes: “I have never been more sympathetic to Sam Altman in my life.”

Musk’s direct testimony was an improvement over yesterday — even if his lawyer kept asking leading questions to cue him in how to answer. But that memory was immediately obliterated by an absolutely miserable cross-examination. For hours, Musk refused to answer yes or no questions with yes or no, occasionally “forgot” things he’d testified to in the morning, and scolded defense lawyer William Savitt. I watched a few jury members glance at each other. During one testy exchange, one woman was rubbing her head. Me too, babe.

Even the judge, who at times prompted Musk to answer “yes” or “no,” was having a bad time. “He was at times difficult,” said Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers after Musk after the jury left the room. (At one point, when she’d cut off his argumentative answer, she got the biggest laugh of the day.) “Part of management from my perspective is just to get through testimony.”

Musk spent a lot of yesterday painting this heroic picture of himself, and this morning, near the end of his direct examination, said, “I don’t lose my temper,” and “I don’t yell at people.” He said he might have called someone a “jackass,” but only in the spirit of saying something like, “don’t be a jackass.”

………

Savitt’s cross-examination left the distinct impression that Musk quit his quarterly payments to OpenAI because he wasn’t going to get full control of the company, then tried to kneecap it and fold it into Tesla. Initially, Musk wanted four board seats and 51 percent of the shares. The other co-founders would get three seats, together, to be voted on by shareholders (including other employees). Though Musk said that the eventual plan was to expand to 12 seats, it was obvious that Musk had full control on the initial board of seven.

When Musk didn’t get what he wanted, he pulled the plug on his funding commitment and hired Andrej Karpathy, OpenAI’s second-best engineer, to Tesla in 2017. Despite his fiduciary duty to OpenAI as a board member, he did not try to get Karpathy to stay at OpenAI when he said he heard Karpathy wanted to leave. (“I think people should have a right to work where they want to work,” Musk said on the stand.)

………

Musk was trying to make this as painful as possible for Savitt, but he also made it as painful as possible for everyone else, including the jury. Watching him simply refuse to answer questions during cross he’d easily answered during direct was annoying. Watching him refuse to admit he understood the nature of linear time — and therefore the fact that he was still a director of OpenAI’s board before he resigned in 2018 — was infuriating. It made him look dishonest.

There is a reason that the Apartheid Era Emerald Heir Pedo Guy™ is widely loathed, and it's him.

I don't know if he has the smallest penis in the world, or if he just thinks that he has the smallest penis in the world, but he is clearly compensating for something.

Least Surprising News of the Day

Elon Musk is poisoning Texas.

I guess some people do get to mess with Texas.

After Texas regulators said Tesla’s lithium refinery near Corpus Christi wasn’t violating its permits by discharging what local officials reported as black wastewater into a drainage ditch, independent water testing there this month found two toxic metals and other contaminants.

Eurofins Environment Testing, an accredited lab with locations across the globe, reported traces of hexavalent chromium, a well-known carcinogen, and arsenic, an environmental poison. Nueces County Drainage District No. 2, which manages the ditch, commissioned the test.

Neither hexavalent chromium nor arsenic is included as an allowable discharge pollutant in Tesla’s wastewater permit.

If you are rich in Texas, you do not have to follow the law, I guess.

………

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality sampled and tested Tesla’s wastewater discharge in February and confirmed that the company is in compliance with its permit, Bevan said.

But the state environmental regulator, known as TCEQ, didn’t look for heavy metals in February. Its water sample tested for dissolved solids, oil and grease, chlorides, sulfates, temperature and oxygen—all of which were within the bounds of Tesla’s permit.

TCEQ didn't test for heavy metals because they did not want to find heavy metals.

Can we give them back to Texas?

Judge Calls Bullsh%$ on Elon

Rather unsurprisingly, when advertisers decide not to buy ads from you because you have created a cesspool of racism, bigotry, and misinformation, it is not a violation of antitrust law.

Being Elon's lawyers must be the worst job on earth.

On Thursday, Elon Musk lost his lawsuit alleging that advertisers violated antitrust law by colluding on an ad boycott after he took over Twitter, gutted content moderation teams, and disbanded the Trust and Safety Council.

In her opinion, US District Judge Jane Boyle wrote that the lawsuit was dismissed because Musk failed to state a claim. His arguments that advertisers acted against their own best interests by avoiding advertising on his platform, now called X, did not plead facts showing that consumers were harmed. Without consumer harm, there can be no antitrust violation, the judge wrote, deeming the ad boycott perfectly legal.

“The very nature of the alleged conspiracy does not state an antitrust claim, and the Court therefore has no qualm dismissing with prejudice,” Boyle said. At one point, she emphasized, “the question underlying antitrust injury is whether consumers—not competitors—have been harmed.”

For Musk, the loss is likely significant. He had argued that advertisers should be “criminally prosecuted” after allies in Congress released a report claiming they were conspiring to tank Twitter’s revenue with the supposed goal of censoring conservative voices.

………

There are many ways that Musk’s antitrust claims could have succeeded, Boyle noted. He could have argued that the boycott prevented X from competing with other social media companies to “corner the supply against users’ interests.” Or that advertisers were somehow motivated to help a rival platform raise ad prices to exclude X from that market. Or possibly show that the World Federation of Advertisers intended to shut X out in order to launch its own social media ad business.

Much like any official statements regarding his businesses, in the final analysis, there is no, "There," there.

Elon Musk Moves for Mistrial in Twitter Fraud Case Because Everyone Hates Him

Electrek covering the latest attempts by the Apartheid Era Emerald Heir Pedo Guy™ to get a mistrial in his stock manipulation lawsuit.

Elon, you need to understand that this is a civil lawsuit, which means that the jury could use your refusal to testify against you, and once they see you on the stand, they will hate you anyway.

Elon Musk’s legal team filed a motion for mistrial in the ongoing Twitter securities fraud class action lawsuit in San Francisco, arguing that the plaintiffs’ lawyers and the judge have created an environment where Musk cannot get a fair trial. The 20-page filing, submitted on March 7, explicitly cites “the animosity in the community toward Mr. Musk apparent during jury selection.”

The motion comes just days after Musk took the stand in the Pampena v. Musk trial, where shareholders accuse him of deliberately tanking Twitter’s stock price through misleading tweets about bot accounts before completing his $44 billion acquisition in 2022.

Face it dude, you are Dick Cheney without the charm.
