He's good, I like him.
But when Graham Kerr (The Galloping Gourmet) made what he called, "Yorkshire Pudd", he cooked it all in one pan with the roast beast rising out of the center of a fluffy crown of pudding. The drippings would have given the pudding much more flavor.
Tho I'm pretty sure Graham could not have walked off with a 'Yorkshire Pudding Taco', either, the way Alton did.
