Over at his blog, which I highly recommend, David Schraub observes that upon his hearing of a shooting at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC, he had to refine his search 3 times to get information, because there are so many OTHER shootings at the DC Navy Yard.
This is a profoundly depressing statement about our society.
