Rand Paul's "kidnapping" of a fellow swim team member wasn't a kidnapping.

She was tied up and all, but it was more on the order of a hazing, so it was consensual, and still really fracking weird.

Still no word on the whole "Made to worship the Aqua Buddha" thing.
