The Election that Would Not Die

Well, Franken has putting a motion before the Minnesota Supreme Court to direct Governor Tim Pawlenty to certify the election.

This is to prevent him from sitting on the certification as Norm Coleman inevitably drags this through the federal courts, as he would be otherwise inclined to do, because it scores him brownie points for when he runs for President in 2012.
