This would be morally wrong, disturbingly corrupt, and possibly illegal, and I wholeheartedly endorse this idea. (So does the ghost of LBJ according to my Ouija board)
In the worst case, Heather Manchin Bresch is made an example of that would be a warning to other avaricious pharma executives, in the best case Manchin learns an important lesson.
