Another Day, Another DoD Contract Protest

This time, it's Lockheed Martin formally protesting the BAMS UAV award by the navy.

I predicted a challenge, but that does not require Kreskin. The stakes of these contracts are high enough, and the costs of challenges are low enough, that challenges will be pressed even when there is no merit, on the off chance that something will turn up.
