One way to keep people off of antique chairs.
We were touring the Woodrow-Fontaine in Memphis.
It's an old Victorian mansion which has been restored and populated with period antiques.
To keep people from sitting in the vintage chairs, they have placed a sign reading, "Everyone who has every sat on this chair is now dead. Play it safe and remain standing."
