So Long Old Friend
We had to put Tudza to sleep today.
His kidney numbers continued to rise, and his hematocrit fell to 10%, and it was time.
We're going to bury him in the back yard now.

So very sorry to hear about Tudza, Mathew. I have three beloved cats buried in my backyard.
You have our deepest sympathies, we also have loved cats buried in the back yard.
He's buried next to his sister, Lavi, who died a year ago.
Charlie was a mess today, but thruthfully, I've not been much better on the inside.
Sleep you well, faithful friend.
I'm so sorry for you all Matthew. Loving others inevitably ends in pain.
