Finally, the FTC Goes After Big Pharma's Payments to Generic Drug Manufacturers
The FTC has finally gotten off of its duff, and filed an antitrust complaint against Cephalon for payments to generic drug makers not to make a generic version of Provigil.
Unfortunately with the Roberts/Scalito court, I'm pretty sure that at least 4 of the justices are in big pharma's pocket.
