Francesca Hong narrowly lost the Wisconsin primary to David Crowley last night.
Given the current political environment, I don't think that the Republican has much of a chance of winning this election cycle, unless, the race becomes a debate about data centers, an issue where his opponent Tom Tiffany appears to be running to the left of Crowley.
