The Arab League has just reinstated Syria as a member.
There is a lot of hand wringing about the, "Rehabilitation," of Syria. That is not what happened.
What happened was that (for now, at least) the US regime change campaign has failed, and the Arab League recognizes this.
It also seems to indicate a loss of US influence in the region, but that was pretty much obvious from the China brokered diplomatic reopening between Tehran and Riyadh and cease fire talks in Yemen are already indicating this.
