When You Hear “Fintech,” Think “Unlicensed Bank”

When one looks at "Fintech", or WeWork, or Uber, or DoorDash, it all seems to be little more than a way to cheat customers, or investors, or advertisers.
If we actually enforced the fraud laws against many tech unicorns, and many wannabee unicorns, and the VC firms that conspire with them, there would be a lot of people in jail, and a lot less inequality in the world.
