This Reddit commenter gets it right:

As an aside, Warren's letter lists the following: federal support for medication abortions, federal support for travling to other states for abortion, establishing a reproductive rights office in HHA, forbidding state blacklisting by states of reproductive providers, protecting location data from prosecutors, and using federal property to facilitate abortions.

None of the above suggestions break the law.

It would serve as a, "John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it," moment. (Yes, I know that the above is a reference to an act of genocide, the Trail of Tears, and I do not endorse that)

In its current state, the current state of the Supreme Court lacks legitimacy and they need to be made aware of the fact that they, and their decisions will be given the absolute minimum of consideration and respect.
