There is nothing wrong with executives at high profile social justice organizations making a decent wage, but as New York Magazine observes, the national offices of Black Lives Matter appear to be a morass of self dealing and waste.
When this happens often enough, people just give up, because they feel like dupes, and people do not like feeling like dupes.
