That's my assessment of where the Supreme Court is on this issue. They are either going to gut the protections of Roe, or they will completely reverse, in which case, birth control will become illegal in a number of states.
This could have fixed this years ago with Congressional legislation, but cowardice and careerism won out over the public good.
