It's the Stupid Season

Yes, I know what you are thinking, isn't EVERY season the stupid season?

Well, the answer is probably yes, but this is the particularly stupid season.

This time, the Republicans are throwing hissy fit because Big Bird tweeted that he got a vaccine.

Why the hell does anyone pay attention to these clowns?

Talk about going straight fromt he sublime to the ridiculous:

While most responses have been positive, right wing politicians like Ted Cruz have propelled the Big Bird tweet to center stage, calling the vax status the latest form of "government propaganda." To which, we must remind you, Ted Cruz himself is vaccinated.

People are literally calling Big Bird a communist, which is absurd, as Big Bird is clearly an Anarcho Syndicalist.
