How do we know that black bloc is run by police informers? Because they break windows and burn cars but leave surveillance cameras unmolested.Considering the numerous times that undercover law enforcement has been the primary motivator in violent protests, I'm not sure if this is a tinfoil hat, or just a Panama hat with a red and black band.
