Geithner* Wimps Out on Yuan Manipulation

The Treasury Secretary has delayed a finding on whether or not the Chinese are manipulating their currency.

I understand the timing, President Hu is due to visit Washington, DC a few weeks after the report was originally due, and I understand the impetus for a delay, but my guess is that the delay will become infinite.
