Obama is reversing the last minute Bush regulation the "conscience" rule, which required medical institutions to employ people who refused to do their jobs.

The idea, of course was to force hospitals to employ pharmacists who refused to fill birth control prescriptions, doctors who refused to prescribe the morning after pill, etc.

Now, about that whole DADT thing......
