NASA Fracks Up Again

Yep, NASA's Ares crew vehicle, and Orion launcher are looking at a 2½ year delay and a $7 billion cost overrun.

Maybe we should bring in a management team from the private sector that would do better at managing their program, someone like Bear Stearns, Lehman, or AIG.
