It Looks Like The California Republican Electoral Vote Theft Scheme Won't Be On June Ballot

Even if they had all the money that they need, and they don't, they would not make the deadline for a June Election.

Basically, the initiative moves to allocate electoral votes on a per congressional district basis, having the effect of giving 20 votes to a Republican presidential candidate. I've blogged on this here, here, and here.
