The FCC Has a Corruption Problem
So says the GAO, which reports that FCC meeting agendas were leaked to industry stakeholders in advance of their being made public.
This allowed industry players to lobby the FCC prior to the official release of the agenda, after which lobbying is prohibited.
More corruption to shut out public interest by Bush and His Evil Minions™.
