Because he will be testifying before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform as to whether or not he told Bank of America CEC Ken Lewis to break the law, and it appears to me that he has three options legally, admit to a felony, lie, or take the 5^th, and if he takes the last route, Larry Summers is Chairman of the Fed before the July 4th weekend.
