Janet Jackson's Nipple Exonerated
Well, it's actually the CBS television network that won before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
They ruled that the FCC had, "arbitrarily and capriciously departed from its prior policy".
Needless to say, the Parent's Television Council, which gins up 99.8% of all broadcast indecency complaints, was apoplectic.
Ms. Jackson's nipple was unavailable for comment.
