The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), the Pentagon's accountant, is saying that Lockheed-Martin needs adult supervision to stay on budget for the JSF contract.
The DCMA is predicting a 12 month schedule slip, and a $4.9 billion cost overrun.
