Nepal, Nipple, What's the Difference?
Stephen Hadley, Bush's National Security Clown Advisor, repeatedly confused Nepal and Tibet on Stephanopoulos's show when discussing the Olympics.
My guess is that this was an honest Freudian slip, Nepal, Nipple, and it just naturally falls to the lips.....Or maybe he's just a completely incompetent ninny.
