Federal Judge Demands Yoo Memo

U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein, Southern District of NY, is demanding Yoo's Aug. 1, 2002 memo on interrogation techniques for the CIA.

He had earlier accepted claims of privilege by the US government, but reversed himself when the ACLU presented evidence that the memo had been, "incorporated into official practice and policy."

Hopefully, we'll see more of this.
