Obama Passport Recordgate

It's interesting that the people caught browsing Barack Obama's passport records were all contract employees.

They are not vetted in the way that a government employee is, and I think that they are less legally liable for stuff like this.

If I were Karl Rove, I'd use contract employees to dig stuff up like this.
